The divergent guides team specialize in the developmental arc of youth, that represents the most volatile and significant transition in the human life cycle.
We are dedicated to supporting unique youth and their success by addressing the shift from traditional schooling to a complex life quest by integrating them with an internal set of skills and tools to help young people to navigate life in a world that is experienced differently.
How Do We Do It?
We begin by listening.
Providing a safe, non-judgmental space, as we are only interested in what actually is, where you can show up exactly as you are.
We are interested in understanding what is truly happening beneath the surface and discovering together what matters most from here.
We thoughtfully combine structure with flexibility to help untangle challenges, uncover strengths, and create meaningful movement where things may feel stuck.
Youth do not grow in isolation; we are all a part of a wider ecosystem around us: parents, caregivers, relationships, routines, and environments. We are here to support and strengthen the foundations of strong long-term wellbeing and constant growth.
Our intention is not to fit young people into systems, but to help them understand themselves, build trust in who they are becoming, and create a life that feels more aligned, connected, and exciting.
Our guides have gone deep enough within their own reality experience to become a vast container of capacity to meet you ever closer in your fullness. We work in geometric teams that can lift you to higher levels than any of one individual supporting is able to access. The diversity of unique skill sets and abilities that don’t exist yet allows us to meet challenges at the place they are most ready and effective to be met.
