A young person is met by a team of guides over three months, at whatever intensity is genuinely useful, followed by six months of continued support at a lighter cadence. A person answers, reads what you wrote, and writes back. There is no form to complete first.

To understand the situation and see whether this is a fit. Beforehand we send you information and some questions. The questions are reflective rather than administrative and they are worth sitting with.

The young person meets three guides. Parents meet theirs. Then everyone decides, including the young person, who chooses which guide they want.
